General Director of the Mexican Petroleum Institute visited SOCAR AQS
On June 1, 2018, the delegation led by Ernesto Rios Patron, General Director of the Mexican Petroleum Institute, has visited SOCAR AQS during an official visit to Baku within the 25th International Caspian Oil and Gas Exhibition and Conference.
At the meeting in SOCAR AQS, General Director Ernesto Rios Patron was closely acquainted with the drilling projects, achievements of the company and training matrix to the staff and watched relevant click adds.
Expressing his gratitude to the management of the enterprise for the warm reception, Ernesto Rios Patrons mentioned that there are considerable prospects for cooperation between the two countries in the energy sector. Noting that the rich experience of Azerbaijani oil workers is one of the best schools for oilers in other regions, emphasized his interest in the implementation of joint projects with the SOCAR AQS.
The sides also exchanged views on opportunities for cooperation, exchange of visits and internship in the training centers of both companies.
Ernesto Rios Patrons, General Director of the Mexican Petroleum Institute, mentioned his satisfaction with the development of industrial enterprises and reforms in the country during his visit to Azerbaijan within the 25th International Caspian Oil and Gas Exhibition and Conference and emphasized the first visit was rich in impressions.
It should be noted that the Mexican Petroleum Institute has been operating since 1965 as an oil industry research center. The main fields of activity of the Institute include technological research and development, engineering and maintenance and training.
