SOCAR AQS Successfully Completed Another Drilling Operation at Guneshli Field

We are pleased to announce that SOCAR AQS has successfully and safely completed the drilling of Well 27 from Platform 7 at the Guneshli offshore field, delivering the well to our client, SOCAR’s Azneft PU.
The project was completed under complex geological conditions, with the well drilled expertly beyond its planned depth. Advanced casing and cementing techniques were applied to ensure well integrity and long-term operational reliability.
The well was brought online via natural flow and is demonstrating strong production performance. We would like to note that, to date, 72 wells have been drilled and put into operation at the Guneshli field, all of which handed over to the Client with high production performance.
All operations were executed in full compliance with health, safety, and environmental protection standards, highlighting SOCAR AQS’s continued commitment to responsible and high-quality project delivery.
SOCAR AQS extends its appreciation to the SOCAR's Azneft PU, contractors, and all team members who contributed to this successful operation.
We are confident that this partnership will lay the groundwork for achieving greater goals in the future, and that we will continue to reach new milestones together in joint projects in the years ahead.
